Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns

Watch Avenue reserves the right to approve returns and refunds at its discretion. A full refund may be considered if items are returned within 3 days, excluding shipping and handling fees, and in the same condition as they were delivered. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.

International Orders

Items shipped to addresses outside of Australia are final sale and cannot be returned.
