This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to physical goods purchased from Watch Avenue (the “Physical Goods”).

What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Watch Avenue will repair or replace, at no cost to you, any products or parts that are found to be defective due to improper material or workmanship during normal use and maintenance.

This Limited Warranty is transferable.

What is the duration of the coverage?
The Warranty Period for physical goods purchased from Watch Avenue is 1 year from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part will uphold the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or extend for 1 year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What is not covered by this limited warranty?
This Limited Warranty does not cover issues arising from:

  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  • Negligence, improper maintenance, or modifications.
  • Damage or destruction caused by natural events, including but not limited to lightning, floods, or other disasters.
  • Theft or loss of the Physical Goods.

What do you need to do?
To receive warranty service, you must first contact us to identify the issue and find the most suitable solution.

Please send the Physical Goods in their original packaging, along with any accessories or documents that came with the product, to the address provided by Watch Avenue.
